Vegetation in Iceland

I created this page for my mother who loves plants. Of course, everyone who is interested and / or curious can also browse here. :-)

Some plants are known from the garden at home, others, like the wild orchid, I had not seen before.

Due to the climate, some plants bloom here much later than here. So blooms in July z. B. the golden rain and forget-me-nots.
