If you only have a few days available it is of course a good idea to stay in Germany. The biggest problem here are the cities that can only be entered with an environmental badge. We don't stand a chance with our old diesel - like many other motorhomes too. The most beautiful parking spaces in the middle of the city are of little use. Hoping that the politicians will give some understanding is probably superfluous.
On the one hand, tourism is being advertised in the cities, and on the other hand, the way for mobile homes is blocked. Which motorhome already has a green sticker?
When we bought our car there were no environmental badges. When it was finished already. We had invested around € 35,000 in total, what now?
So we - and maybe you too - have to live with this grievance and somehow make do with it.
