June 2007

Heating plates laid for underfloor heating. Floor slabs laid. Water tanks attached. Wallpapered and painted. Sanded in from the outside.

July 2007

Sanded further. Seat lower part installed. Built-in wardrobe. Primed and painted on the outside. Installed window. Lights, input socket and toilet service door ordered.

Roof hatches installed. 1 window and 1 skylight are leaking. Damn!

Water tank filler neck installed and connected.

August 2007

Sitting area built further. Washroom started with toilet. Wardrobe continued. Toilet service flap installed. Passage created to the front.

September 2007

Kitchen started. Built-in refrigerator. Hoses laid.

Toilet room expanded. Built-in water level meter for fresh water and waste water. Foam and upholstery ordered. Foam covered with fleece.

October 2007

Ordered cooker. Finished upholstery picked up. Upper bed completed. Built-in stove, built-in sink. Table manufactured and installed.

November 2007

Handles ordered and installed. Kitchen drawers finished. Kitchen cabinet started

December 2007

Kitchen cupboard continued

January 2008

Attachment top bed attached. Built-in kitchen cupboard and doors made for it.

February 2008

Built-in upper cabinet door. Lamps placed in the living area and kitchen. Water crane built into the kitchen. Worked on the electrics. Kitchen cabinets completed.

March 2008

Worked on the electrics. Material for the spare wheel holder provided. Bracket built and attached. Keder strip worried. New chairs, table and grill provided. Bought charger, transport box and voltage converter. Bought small gas bottles.

April 2008

Flap holder built-in in wall units. Alcove bed completed. Connection between cab and body established. Cabinets repainted. Worked on electrics and water supply. Batteries ordered and installed. Step ordered and installed. Faucet washroom bought and attached. Transport box ordered, bracket built for it. Spare wheel attached. The car is now ready to be presented to the TÜV. Keder strip attached. Cooker tested - runs. Water tanks tested. Were still leaking. Sealed.

May 2008

TÜV has accepted everything. But still have to go back because of the brakes and license plate lights. Washroom laid out with floor. The connection between the cab and the body was made with great effort. New axle boot installed. Utensil bag hung up, curtain sewn and attached for connection. Splash guard installed in the kitchen. Bracket for transport box made. The 3rd charger ordered. Bought awning.

June 2008

Charger received, built-in. Works. Additional mosquito nets attached. Tried to get the brake drum off. Nothing to do. Brought to the workshop and ordered new ones from Iveco. Were installed. TÜV demonstrated again. Everything ok. To the road traffic office - registered as a Womo. Insurance changed. They now want an expert opinion on the value. Traps worried and installed. Transport box attached.

Part of the car has been granted for the journey. Brought to the appraiser. Expert opinion takes a few weeks. Small shelves attached in kitchen and laundry room.

It's not all finished yet, but first ………
