Today caves are on the program again. This time there are no stalactite caves, but caves formerly located at sea level that were washed out by sea water.

Entry € 4.65. The first tour starts at 10.45 a.m. and we make a precision landing in this regard. The tour takes place in Spanish and a little bit of English. One of the visitors, a young Spaniard, speaks fluent English and kindly explains one or the other.

In Malaga parken wir direkt an der Burg Castillo de Gibralfaro, erbaut 14. Jh. Das heißt eine Burg gibt es nicht mehr, sondern nur die Reste, da die Franzosen die Burg 1812 zerstörten.

Die Aussicht ist nach allen Seiten fantastisch.

We find a campsite in front of Marbella. However, the entrance is covered with a specified height of 3.20 m. The Iveco is 3.30 m high. An employee waves us through. Reinhard drives very slowly. Hopefully we won't have a convertible right away! There is probably enough security room included. In any case, we fit through the car without any wounds.

A large part of the space is used by Spanish weekend visitors.

In Germany, too, there are many campsites that resemble a gardening association, but the Spaniards top that by far. While there are small fences around the parcels in Germany or marked out with stones, everything is sealed here.

Grüne Plane gab es hier wohl mal im Sonderangebot :-) Man sieht sie überall. Leider stinkt das Zeug bei der Hitze und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es in diesen "Festungen" sehr stickig ist. Nun ja, jeder wie er möchte.

Der Platz ist groß und völlig okay.

Durch den Hinterausgang des Platzes machen wir uns auf den Weg zum Strand und laufen ein weites Stück am Strand entlang, was aber nicht sehr angenehm ist, da sich Sand und Steine abwechseln und es auch ziemlich voll ist. 

Gegen Abend leert sich der Campingplatz - die Spanier fahren nach Hause. Wir schlendern noch ein wenig durch den hübschen Ort.
